Lipids can sometimes be seen as the number one enemy. Providing 9 calories per gram, lipids are also known as fats and fats can come from animals. Cooked meats contain a lot of fat, as do mutton and lamb. Some poultry and fish are also very fatty, for example, duck, goose, salmon, tuna, etc. Butter and cream, of course, contain over 80% fat.

Although vegetable fats such as olive or rapeseed oil are beneficial for your health, they are particularly rich in omega fatty acids and good for your heart.
