       7.30            Overview of the Wellbeing Week.

                          (Includes full body analysis with tanita scales, fitness

                          consultations, clients goals wih full write up of personal

                          training program and fitness test)
 

  9.00 - 10.00     Breakfast at the villa
 

10.00 - 11.30     Hike or guided biking tour
 

12.00 - 13.00     Lecture on health, nutrition, wellness or Q & A

                          Session

13.00 - 14.00     LUNCH AT LUDIS RESTAURANT

14.00 - 16.00     FREE TIME - Rest at the villa or go to the mud baths, or

                          other listed activities

16.30 - 18.00     Beach fitness and games (volley ball, cricket, rounder's,

                           tag rugby, hand ball etc)

      18.30           DINNER AT LUDIS RESTAURANT 

      19.30           Wind down for the evening, relax, recover, and

                          recuperate using mobilisation and flexibility

                          exercises.               

Day Two
 

       7.00            Rise and Shine

       7.30            Breakfast at the villa

       8.30            Hiking, biking o running

      10.00           Talk on the importance of water, sunlight and preparation

                          of meals

      11.00           Group fitness class. Choice of classes listed
 

12.00 - 13.30     LUNCH AT LADIS RESTAURANT

13.30 - 16.00     FREE TIME - Explore regional attrations or choose from

                           listed activities

16.00 - 18.00     Two on one personal training sessions at the gym on the

                           resort

      18.30            DINNER AT LADIS RESTAURANT 

      19.30            Wind down for the evening, relax, recover, and 

                           recuperate using mobilisation and flexibility        

                           exercises.

      20.30            Social activities
