Step 1 - Some Things to Remember
Nah, rules are for kids. It is no PT class. You're all grown-ups now!
Here is the checklist of what is required to get into the contest and what
should be expected after getting into it.

There will be a total of 60 participants in this contest and they will be
distributed into 10 teams, each with 6 participants. -
Registration fee for each participant is £67 - totally worth it!

Group classes will be held fortnightly.

Weigh-ins will be held every week.
-
Weight will be done in sports gear, without shoes.

The score will be decided on the basis of percentage of fat lost.
Step 3 - Weekly Fitness Contests
Step 3 is all about fitness activities. Below is the criteria that your team will be assessed on:

Maximum number of hours exercised each week.

Number of miles group members have walked, biked or run.
-
Maximum number of push-ups done in 1 minute.

Maximum number of burpees done in 1 minute.

Maximum number of sit-ups done in one minute.
-
Maximum duration of skipping.
-
Climbing stairs in shortest time.

Tug of war in team form.

Finished reading step 1? Sounds easy, right? You're all set now and ready to roll! In your teams you will need to work together on steps 2 and 3. Here is what has been organized for Step 2.

Weekly sports activities: Get into sports activities weekly with your team members, after all, things are more fun this way!

Weekly talks on health and nutrition: Gather around, gossip and share your thoughts!

Group work out classes: Losing motivation already? This will help you keep your heads up!

Looking for health lectures or health programs as a group: We will help you hunt down some effective health lectures and discuss them in group form.

Looking for walk-a-thons, bike rides: We will assist in arranging group activities like bike riding and walking.

Pot luck dinners to share recipes: Try out healthy cooking and share recipes with your group members.

Finding restaurants that offer healthy food choices: Don’t think of it as an obligation. Eat healthy for a change!
