Training

Our classes last for 45 minutes with a combination of bodyweight exercises, team circuits and core and abs work catering for all levels of fitness. Workout with Germaine, a highly experienced trainer who will not only advise, guide, motivate and challenge you, but give you the required added support towards your own personal levels. Every session is different and we work as an entire team within a set area to ensure that no-one ever gets left behind but has a fun and extremely effective workout.

Personal Training

The School of Fitness and Wellbeing offers a range of fitness classes to suit your needs. Whether you are looking for personal training to develop sports performance, to lose weight, get active or even manage a medical condition we cater for all abilities and fitness levels and always endeavour to get you to your goal regardless of your age, weight or starting point.

 

At the School of Fitness and Wellbeing, our classes are designed to help you keep fit with the added element of fun. Our fitness school offers classes to suit everyone. As well as one to one personal training sessions we also cater for group personal training sessions with a maximum of 5 persons per group. Sessions are charged per person.

Group Outdoor Training

 

Nothing beats having that invigorated feeling when you train outdoors in the open.

Corporate Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp sessions are designed to work, tone and shape your body and get you back into fantastic shape. Join in our innovative sessions where we concentrate on intensive cardio and building strength. Train with the School of Fitness on a regular basis and see the improvement in your overall fitness and at the same time increase your strength, speed and flexibility, as you work your way to a new body.
