2 cups Mixed Frozen Berries (use your favourite berries)

1 cup Unsweetened Pomegranate Juice

2 tablespoons Protein Powder, recommended ' Hemp Seeds

RAW Protein (optional)

1 cup of Water

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Serve and enjoy the taste.
